Built for a community

ULLD utilizes a plugin focused, slot style architecture with the most popular tech among developers to create an environment that encourages growth. If a core plugin doesn't suite your needs, swap it out for a community plugin.

Built to quantize gravity

Applicable Everywhere

ULLD was built by a single developer with a background in physics to handle his own research after becoming frustrated with other options. There's out of the box support for equations, snippets, bibliography management, task lists, whiteboards, and much, much more. His Notes

ntegration

An integral part of

With day 1 support for integration with Google Calendar and Jupyter and more external integrations planned for the near future, integrating ULLD with your existing workflow should be painless.

1 config to rule them all.

From the beginning ULLD was built to be extended with one configuration file providing a single source of truth throughout your application. ULLD offers a Typescript and JSON interface for those that are comfortable writing their own configuration, but a graphical interface for configuring your workspace is just around the corner.

A Second Brain

One of the primary inspirations for ULLD was the lack of all-in-one academic note taking. ULLD puts organization first, with several methods for ogranizing your notes so you can always find what you're looking for.

Interactive Plotting

With support for multiple plotting libraries on day 1, you can visualize your data with only MDX. Familiar with Python? Embed Jupyter cells directly in your notes and create your own visualizations.

Bibliography

Embed PDF's in your notes, link notes to entries in your bibliography, automatically format citations directly in your notes, and filter your notes by the work that they cite.

Task Management

Use the built-in task manager to keep track of your work by project, by assignment, by class, or however you see fit. Embed task lists directly in your notes to take organization to the next level.

Not Just Text

ULLD was built for someone's personal physics research, and as such, there's out of the box support for multiple methods of adding your own mathematical and scientific content.
